SELF 1st Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Florida. We partner with educational organizations, including the SLAM! Foundation and other 501(c)(3) entities, to raise awareness and funding for educational initiatives nationwide. Our mission is to empower the next generation through access to education.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a donation through our website. By submitting a donation, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You further represent that any donation you make is made from funds that are lawfully yours and are not derived from any illegal activity.
All donations made through our website are voluntary contributions to SELF 1st Foundation, Inc. By completing a donation, you agree to the following:
Tax-Deductibility
SELF 1st Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for determining the deductibility of your donation based on your individual tax situation. We recommend consulting a qualified tax advisor. A confirmation of your donation will be sent to the email address you provide.
Use of Funds
Donations are used to support educational initiatives at the discretion of SELF 1st Foundation, Inc. in furtherance of our stated charitable mission. While we may describe specific programs or initiatives on our website, we reserve the right to allocate funds where they are most needed to advance our mission.
No Refunds
All donations are final and non-refundable. By completing your donation, you acknowledge and agree that SELF 1st Foundation, Inc. does not provide refunds for any charitable contributions. If you believe a transaction was made in error or without your authorization, please contact us immediately through the contact form on our website so we may investigate.
Donations are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting a donation, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service, available at stripe.com/legal. You represent that you are the authorized account holder for the payment method used.
SELF 1st Foundation, Inc. does not store your full payment information. All payment data is handled in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) by Stripe.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a donation. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of the transaction and, where applicable, referral to appropriate authorities.
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials, is the property of SELF 1st Foundation, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from our website without our prior written permission.
The names, likenesses, and trademarks of any associated individuals or partner organizations (including but not limited to Armando Christian Perez, SLAM! Foundation, and related marks) are the property of their respective owners and are used with authorization. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use such names or marks.
